Commissions? (I have a reason)

Anyone interested in commissioning me? 
I REALLY want to get these new markers (chameleon Alcohol) 
But all the money i get has to go to my college fund.... 
So I cant pay for it on my own. I need to open up commissions. 
I know they usually arent that appealing to some people and some may ask why I keep asking. 

I cannot CANNOT explain how much I always need the money for something 
You probably don't know but for personal reasons art is the ONLY job I have right now. So thats why I keep asking I am SUPER sorry if my asking is getting annoying but this is very important to me. 
These markers are a DIRE NEED. So I can get back to my traditional artwork. For a while my trad. art was more popular than my dig. art. 
Please understand where I am getting at.
