Mcree was walking down the stairs into the basement noticing a lot of blood, but he knew Winston was still alive but he couldn't have even think what it was like for the kid 
He kept on walking down stairs, with his revolver ready until he was in the basement/lab 
he remembered this place well, the lab used to be a place where Overwatch members from all over the world would come here and relax, some would be building armors, while others would be building new weapons 
the Lab used to highly used, but not anymore 
Poor Kid, being thrown into a situation like this, i cant even think how her time is right now Mcree spoke outloud to his self as he seen Winston was in bad shape, but he was breathing
